The most important food in Malaysia for Malay culture is “Roti Canai”. People usually eat “Roti Canai” in the Morning for breakfast and the evening for hi tea. Not everyone knows how to make a “Roti Canai”. The “Roti Canai” makers must know how to grind. They have to roll out the dough until it became flat and thin. “Roti Canai” usually ate with curry of dhal. Nowadays, there are variety of “Roti Canai” such as “Roti Telur”, “Roti Sardine”, “Roti Tisu” and etc.
