LAKSA JOHOR


The most important food in Johore is Laksa Johor. It is really a part of Malaysia culture in Johore. People can eat this meal at any time of the day, but in most homes they usually serves it during the teatime. Laksa Johor. also popular serves in Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Many people make Laksa Johor when Hari Raya come. They make Laksa Johor using blended fish with other ingredients such as onion, garlic, some curry powder and others ingredients to make the sauce. Then they take the sauce and add them with mee laksa. Finally, they serve the Laksa Johor and it is delicious if mixed with lime.
