
The Petronas Twin Towers or KLCC is located in Kuala Lumpur. It is built by Tun Dr. Mahathir’s government between 1995 to 1997. The costing is U$ 1.2 bilion. It is very tall skyscraper with 88 floors or 451.9 metres height. The Twin Towers are a striking glass and steel combination with floor plan based on an eight point star. The Twin Towers were designed to symbolize strength and grace using geometric principles typified in Islamic architecture. It is are also joined at the 41st and 42nd floors. The Petronas Twin Towers is a symbol of the nation’s soaring, exemplified Malaysia’s sky-high ambitions towards the new millennium.
